Chapter 1
Once upon a time there was a girl called Talor Jipce. She had blonde hair which was nice and curly. Her eyes were greeny-brown and she had clothes which were too small for her. Talor's clothes were as small as a thin rug. Talor lived with her parents and her brother. Her brother was called Samuel Jipce. He had blacky-brown hair and blue eyes. Talor's parents were called Mr and Mrs Jipce. Their first names were Josephine and Jamie and they always treated Talor like a little girl.
Chapter 2
Talor's family went on holiday to a farm in Scotland. It looked like a real farm with a real farm house made of stone. It had grass hills and sheep and lots of muck. But when Talor looked closer, the sheep were covered in glupe which was sticky. She said hello to one of them and tried to stroke it but then her hands got stuck on the sheep's wool so she pulled and pulled and pulled until she flew backwards through the air and bumped her bottom and banged her head on a huge rock.
Chapter 3
Talor's parents went into a forest and went missing. Talor went back into the house feeling dizzy and when she looked inside there was no one there. She ran back outside again and looked everywhere for her parents. After that Talor found a secret door leading into a stable and when she looked in she couldn't believe her eyes. She saw a beautiful pink and purple unicorn. It was a friendly unicorn and it was a talking unicorn too. Talor decided to name it Paily.
Chapter 4
Paily the unicorn asked Talor to "jump on her back" and she would help her find her family. Paily started to fly with her beautiful wings which were as smooth as silk and as purple as plum, and finally, as pink as shiny lipstick. She flew and flew and flew until she would have found them at last. It took her 3 days to fly and when Talor was sleeping she fell off Paily's back. When Talor woke up she saw Paily flying away but she didn't know Talor fell off her back.
Chapter 5
Paily the unicorn flew 6 miles away but Talor shouted, "come back, come back!" but Paily couldn't hear her. Talor ran and ran and ran, looking for her parents everywhere, all alone. She came to an opening in the forest and she saw something on the ground that she recognised. It was Samuel's mobile phone. There was a trail of foot prints leading north to a castle with a dirty flag on top. She walked in the castle and Paily the unicorn flew in, but Talor didn't know she was inside aswell.
Chapter 6
Taylor's parents were at the very top of the castle and Talor went upstairs and saw them and Paily the unicorn. Her parents were in a hall way looking everywhere for her but Talor ran to them and they cuddled her and gave her lots of kisses and everyone ran back to the farm house. Talor's parents told her to stay and play where they could see her and never let her go in the forest again, and they stopped treating her like a little girl and she had bigger clothes.

I think that you have your mother's talent for spinning a yarn, Amy!
Brillient imagination Amy and i love how you put the story into chapters x
I love that ending, and all your descriptions are wonderful! I'll never forget those unicorn wings. I hope Talor gets to pick out her own new clothes.
I loved your setting, Amy, because I have a stone farmhouse here in Ireland, with grass covered hills and sheep, and a whole lot of muck. Reading your story, I felt right at home. A unicorn like Paily would be a beautiful addition!
Thank you for all your lovely comments. They are very much appreciated.
Love Amy xx
Paily sounds amazing ! My little girl Lois has a toy unicorn that she just got as a gift for her 4th birthday. She's a bit younger than you but she loves unicorns! I enjoyed reading your story, make sure Mum prints them off for you to stick into a book to look at when you're older x
Good idea, Scribblingmum. Mum's onto it!

Another great story Amy and the discriptions were so good I felt I could actually see the Unicorn and castle and the forest. Unicorns have always been special to me.
