There was a monster who had a massive brain and was very clever. But he was also very clumsy and kept banging into things, knocking cups off the table and falling down the stairs. One day his mum and dad bought him a car because he passed his driving test. He was so happy. He drove his car to all his friends to show them how lucky he was.
But the monster drove very fast. He was a bit silly really because he kept overtaking other cars when there was traffic in the way. His dad told him off many times and his mum told him he should slow down otherwise he would cause a bad accident.
Because the monster was so clever he thought he could carry on driving fast and get away with it. His mum and dad said it was only a matter of time before he got stopped for speeding. But the monster just laughed and said, "don't be silly, I'm a good driver."
Even his friends were scared that he would have an accident and they kept telling him to slow down but it made no difference. Then, one day when it was raining very hard and the road was really slippy, the monster was driving at 80mph which was much too fast. His windscreen wipers were on full and he could hardly see where he was going. There were lots of cars on the road. And then it went quiet. The monster had crashed his car. Luckily he had crashed into a tree and not hurt anyone else on the road. The police and the ambulance were called and they came to him very quickly.
Then when the police man saw that it was the monster he said, "oh look, it's the Brainiac."
(My mum helped me write this story a bit but I did most of it.)

Excellent story! I hope he wasnt too baldly hurt and learnt his lesson.
You are so clever! Great writing Amy!
That's a very good story, Amy and I hope everyone who reads it learns the lesson that we shouldn't drive too fast!
I really enjoyed reading that. I expect he learnt to drive more slowly after that.
Even monsters need to listen to their parents, don't they? I hope the monster didn't get too hurt.
Nice story, Amy!
Lovely story. Sounds like a smart monster in the end!
Hi, Amy
I enjoy reading your stories so I'm glad you've written another one.
I hope the Brainiac wasn't very hurt. If he drives home from the hospital, I hope he remembers not to drive too fast.

Hello Amy,
What a good story of that Monster, love his name, but do hope he was alright after that crash and not to hurt, hope he will drive slower next time, speed can be so dangerous.
Lots of love,
