I love your blog, especially all the pictures of you with different animals. What animals are your favourite?
My favourite animals are my dogs, Molly and Sparky. My mum has their pictures on her blog.
Why did you decide to write a blog? How does it make you feel when people read your blog and leave comments for you?
My mum is really proud of me and likes to read my stories so she made a blog for me so that other people could read them too. I love other people reading my blog, it makes me very happy.
Sometimes your Mum writes about the fun things you do together. What is your favourite thing to do with your Mum and Dad?
I love playing on the farm especially taking my dogs for walks. I also like playing on my scooter and my climbing frame.
Have you ever thought about what it would be like to have a brother or sister? What is it like to be the only child in your family?
I want a brother and a sister but my mum and dad don’t want anymore children. I like being an only one too but it is nice to have friends to play with.
I have a daughter almost your age, and she sometimes has a rough time if we go some place that is very crowded or very bright or very loud. Do places like that bother you? What do you think I could do to help my daughter when things like that start to bother her?
I don’t like noisy places like disco’s. Also I don’t like going to parties because they get too loud and I hate the happy birthday song. I keep shouting stupid when other children are singing. My mum doesn’t take me to parties anymore and she doesn’t take me to noisy places either. She hugs me and kisses me and makes me feel very loved.
Is there anything you are afraid of? What do you do when you start to feel afraid?
I don’t like spiders. I always shout my dad to move any if they are in my bedroom.
If you could tell all the parents in the world just one thing, what would it be?
Love your child as much as my mum loves me.
Children should be seen, and heard.

Children should definitely be seen and heard Amy, and by your blog and your stories, people will hear you. And we see you in the lovely pictures your mum puts up. Are you having half term from school soon? Hope you have a lovely time whatever you do.

I dont like spiders either or noisy places!
Great interview!! :)
I enjoyed this interview very much because it helped me to understand a little bit about what it is like to be you.
What a great interview, Amy. What a nice way to get to know you a little better. Reading your blog makes me smile.
That was a wonderful interview. I hate spiders too. I am not so keen on parties and noisy places either!
Well done, Amy. A really helpful interview.
Thank you for sharing the interview, Amy. I enjoyed reading it.
I don't mind spiders at all but, like you, I don't like noise.
Take care and keep blogging!

What a wonderful interview, it must have been very exciting to have seen it on another blog! I really don't like spiders either, and if I am very lucky I manage to convince someone else to move them for me!
Thank you for your comments on my blog.
Love Amy xxx
Hello Amy,
I loved reading your Interview story, I agree with you Amy, children SHOULD be seen and heard, I would not wish it any other way.
Ooh, I am a little scary of Spiders too, but do not mind the little tiny ones.
Lots of love to you Amy.

Hello Amy,
I really enjoy reading your blog. I have a seven year old son - on my blog I call him Troy Junior, but I'll share a special secret with you - his real name is Andrew. He too has no brothers and sisters. He is a little scared of dogs but your dogs look really friendly. I showed him the picture of you feeding the lamb - he would like to do that.
The picture of me was taken when I was about your age but now I'm older than your mummy! Hope you enjoy your half-term holidays.
Keep writing your blog!
Hello Mr Troy, if you are up in Northumberland next year when we have baby lambs, Andrew is welcome to feed mine. I had lots of pet lambs this year but I had to say goodbye to some of them because my mum and dad said we need the money. Probably for my trip to Toys R Us today.
Thank you for your comments everyone. Love Amy xx
Amy, I love your blog! It is just wonderful! I too don't like spiders. My daughter Maizie does though! She will hold them and talk to them. Ack! It just creeps me out!
that is a great interview, amy...i, too, don't like spiders or loud places..i don't like if places are crowded either!
I'm an only child too!
I felt just like you do. Now though, it's okay because I never get lonely like other people do. I'm used to being by myself and doing things I like doing without having to argue about it :)
I really love your blog, I've been reading it for the last hour and I think your stories are brilliant, I will come back here a lot for clarity. You help me think.
I read the Spider story to my sis and she loved it!(Then again she loves spiders.)
